Q. What are your blankets made of?
Our blankets have 2 sides. A patterned side and a solid side. The patterned side is flannel which is a soft cotton unless otherwise stated. Occasionally we will use regular cotton.
The solid side is made of chenille. There are a few types of chenille. The most famous type is a cotton chenille. It is made basically the same way as "Grandma`s" old bedspread. Cotton chenille will get softer and fluffier with every wash. Another chenille is a "Minkee" type of chenille. It is softer than cotton chenille. It almost feels like velvet. This chenille comes in different patterns such as dots, swirls, or a poodle type which has a fluffier, hair-like surface.
We do not use any batting in between. Our blankets wash better and are much more cuddly without batting.
Q. Can you match the theme of our baby`s room if we don`t see a pattern that we like on the website?
If you email me with a link or picture of your baby`s bedding, I will search high and low to come up with a close match. I will then post the product on the site and email you so you can check out what we have found. There is no requirement to purchase until you check out through the shopping cart. Custom orders are always welcome. Just email me and I will let you know if I can or can`t sew what you are asking.
Q.What items can be embroidered?
Blankets, bibs, burp rags and cell phone cases that have a text box option and say that it can be personalized can be embroidered at this time. Personalization is free!
Q. What fonts are available?
You can see our lettering choices here . If you need something different, just ask!
Q. Most of your items ship in 2 weeks and I have a baby shower to go to next weekend. Can you ship my item sooner?
Two weeks is a safe bet for receiving your item. Unless I am very busy, I can usually have your item in the mail within 3-4 days.
I will do everything in my power to have your item shipped to you in time for your event. Once again, email me and let me know when you need it by. If I can`t have it to you by the specific time, I will let you know and refund your money if you have already ordered.
Q. Why should we email you so much?
Our site sets us apart from other blanket sites because we can customize your order to fit your needs. You aren`t just picking something off of a shelf. This makes your gift much more special for the recipient. Until I find a way to read minds I will continue offering support through emails and phone calls to get your item made for you just the way that you want it.

Q. I am having trouble ordering from your site. What should I do?
Can you guess? Yep! Email me! I`d be happy to help walk you through ordering or fixing a glitch that you might be running into.
Q. What form of payments do you accept?
We now accept credit card payments through our shopping cart, over the phone and through Paypal.
We also accept checks or money orders. If you choose this option at checkout your emailed invoice will let you know where to send payment. Please keep in mind that snail mail payments take much longer and all orders paid with checks will wait to ship until your check clears.
