Our goal is to make your experience at BaaBaaBlankies as comfortable and worry free as possible. We do have a few policies that you should know about.

Payments

Great News! We are now accepting credit card payments with out having to use Paypal. Paypal is still an option for those of you who enjoy the convenience. When you enter your credit card number or any personal information for that matter, be assured that your information is extra safe!

Returns

We cannot accept returns on personalized merchandise unless the monogram is wrong and we are at fault.

Unpersonalized merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise price. We cannot refund shipping charges.

Tax

Florida residents pay 6.5% sales tax.

Gifts

Gift wrapping is available for an additional $2.00 per order on items where gift wrapping is an option. Just add the gift wrapping option to one of your items and all will be gift wrapped together. We can enclose a gift message with your item(s) for free. Please use the comment box at checkout to let us know what you would like your note to say. Gift messages will be printed on the packing slip.

Shipping

We now ship internationally. We reserve the right to refuse service on orders that we decide may be fraudulent.
